We saw a need for a website that helps people recover their left behind possessions in Thailand.

If you’ve lost something in Thailand and actually tried to get it back, you already know the truth – most places don’t even keep proper lost-and-found records, and there’s no central system or authority stepping in to help you recover anything. You’re basically on your own unless you take action fast.

Losing a phone in Thailand is a different level of problem. It’s not just a device – it’s your contacts, banking access, photos, travel plans, bookings, everything. The good news is that Thailand has a surprisingly active informal recovery network. Hotel staff, taxi drivers, shop owners, and local Facebook groups often play a role in returning lost items. But that only works if you move quickly. Now, if you lost something cheap – under $20, no sentimental value – fine. It’s gone. You take the hit and move on. No point wasting time or energy chasing something that doesn’t matter.

But when it’s serious – a $1,000 iPhone, a laptop, an iPad Pro – it’s a completely different situation. These aren’t just expensive items, they’re central to your life. Everything runs through them now, and replacing them is a massive hassle even if you have the money.

That’s exactly why we built this Lost & Found Service for Thailand. It exists to give you a real shot at getting your valuables back. No guarantees – nobody can promise that – but we know how the system works here, we act fast, and we charge very little to start the search.

After that investigation and posting at various social media sites, we have an idea whether or not you’ll be able to get your items back.

You may only spend the less than $15 USD for the initial report and investigative work.

If we FIND your item(s), we’ll ask you for another fee so we can recover it. This will involve coordination with you and the organization or person who has your property. It will mean driving to get your items. It may mean sending your items by post with insurance.

Our goal is to help you recover your items if at all possible. Believe it or not, we’ve gone trekking through the jungle to attempt to find phones and drones that people have lost in Phuket and Krabi areas!

We know a guy with a metal detector who can possibly find your lost jewelry at the beach, or island.
