We saw a need for a website that helps people recover their lost items in Thailand.
If you’ve lost something here and have tried to get it back, you understand already that most places don’t even have a lost and found office and there is no central authority that can help you get your things back.
If you’re talking about losing something under $20 that isn’t sentimental, then OK. What are you going to do, right?
But if you lost a $1,000 iPhone, it becomes really important to get it back. We have everything on our phones these days.
We created this Lost & Found Service for Thailand to help some people recover their valuable possessions. No, we cannot find everything, but we do our best and we charge very little for an initial investigation.
After that investigation and posting at various social media sites, we have an idea whether or not you’ll be able to get your items back.
You may only spend the less than $10 USD for the initial report and investigative work.
If we FIND your item(s), we’ll ask you for another fee so we can recover it. This will involve coordination with you and the organization or person who has your property. It will mean driving to get your items. It may mean sending your items by post with insurance.
Our goal is to help you recover your items if at all possible. Believe it or not, we’ve gone trekking through the jungle to attempt to find phones and drones that people have lost in Phuket and Krabi areas!
We know a guy with a metal detector who can possibly find your lost jewelry at the beach, or island.
Don’t give up yet if you lost something that is important to you.
